One thing that shows the wear of a home is dirty and discolored grout. When selling a home your potential buyers will notice this and it may slow down the sale. Don’t lose the sale because of dirty grout!

Typically in one day we can “renew” your floors and shower walls. While if you were to remove and replace your grout it could take several days, replacement is a very dusty process and costs up to three times as much. Once new grout is installed it starts the cycle all over and will begin to stain as soon as it’s used. Our color seal does NOT stain!

Beware of epoxy or latex grout color sealers! They may peel off the grout.
Our GCS Color Seal is worked into the grout and contain urethane and concrete hardening agents in it so it becomes one with the grout. Our process is a 6 step process.
1 st we deep scrub the tile and grout with a degreaser solution to loosen embedded dirt and oils.
2 nd the degreaser solution is vacuumed up.
3 rd we scrub again with a baking soda and water solution to PH balance the grout.
4 th the excess liquid is vacuumed up.
5 th the Color Seal is worked into the grout with a stiff bristled brush insuring a deep penetrating and even application.
6 th The final step is to clean or buff the entire surface to remove any cleaner or Color Sealer residue from the tile.
