Located in Chaska, Minnesota, Clear View Surface Solutions provides surface restoration and protection in the Twin Cities. We serve the West and Southwest metro area, but do travel outside of the area.
I founded Clear View Surface Solutions in 1996. An Air Force veteran, I’ve worked hard as a family-owned and operated business owner to retain a high level of client service and products, using professional processes to ensure quality and consistency. Clear View Surface Solutions is trusted by residential contractors, commercial contractors, homeowners, and property managers to provide restoration and protection of their surfaces.
We offer only the best products for our clients. They are not found in retail stores as they are licensed and proprietary, which require us to go through extensive training to be able to offer them to our clients.
We do not subcontract our work, and we are truly family owned and operated. Between my wife JoAnna and myself, we will be your contact throughout your experience with Clear View Surface Solutions. I called David to request an estimate for doing a floor coating on our 3-season porch. We are doing a re-model that includes a hot tub. The porch floor has 4 sections of concrete, with an expansion divider between them. I offered to send him pictures and a description instead of doing a site visit. David insisted on stopping out to see the porch, to get an accurate visual of everything. I'm so glad he did. David pointed out several things about the existing concrete floor that would NOT be a good fit for his floor coatings. He said he could do a coating, but it would not hold up over time. He also said, any kind of a floor overlay would not be a good idea in our case. He explained why, and tried to find a way to make it work...but couldn't. We discussed other options that would work better, and am now exploring those ideas. I was so impressed with David's attitude and helpful nature. Even though he didn't get a job order from me, he earned my trust in his business. I'm so grateful to give him a 10 star rating, instead of their 5 star maximum!!
