These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and all services provided by Clearview Surface Solutions.

By using this website or hiring Clearview Surface Solutions for services, you agree to the following terms.

Services Provided

Clearview Surface Solutions provides:

  • Garage and concrete floor coating systems

  • Sealed concrete coatings

  • Marble and granite restoration

  • Tile and grout cleaning and restoration

  • Glass surface restoration

Services are primarily residential, with select commercial projects accepted at our discretion.

Coating systems are selected based on project requirements, substrate condition, and performance needs. No single system is guaranteed to be appropriate for all environments.

Estimates and Scope of Work

All estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Concrete, stone, tile, and glass surfaces may contain hidden defects not visible until preparation begins.

If unforeseen conditions are discovered, additional work may be required. Any changes will be discussed and approved before proceeding.

Moisture Testing and Substrate Conditions

Moisture testing is performed at consultation and again prior to installation for coating projects. While testing reduces risk, future moisture intrusion, vapor transmission changes, structural movement, or environmental conditions may affect long term performance.

Clearview Surface Solutions is not responsible for failures caused by preexisting substrate defects, structural issues, moisture changes after installation, or conditions beyond our control.

Deposits and Payments

Deposit requirements vary by project size.

For projects exceeding $2,000, a 33 percent deposit is typically required prior to scheduling or commencement of work.

Remaining balances are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to remit payment may result in additional collection actions.

Financing

Financing is offered through Wisetack. Approval, terms, and repayment conditions are determined by Wisetack. Clearview Surface Solutions is not responsible for financing decisions made by third party providers.

Scheduling and Delays

Project scheduling depends on weather conditions, temperature, humidity, material availability, and site readiness. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

We will communicate schedule changes promptly.

Workmanship Warranty

All workmanship is warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date of service against defects in application and installation.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper maintenance

  • Misuse or abuse

  • Impact damage

  • Chemical damage

  • Damage caused by third parties

  • Environmental conditions

  • Structural movement

  • Moisture intrusion after installation

Product performance warranties vary depending on the specific materials installed and manufacturer guidelines.

Appearance and Variations

Surface restoration and coating results may vary depending on existing substrate condition. Minor variations in color, texture, gloss, aggregate distribution, or repair visibility are normal and not considered defects.

Photo and Marketing Authorization

Customer authorizes Clearview Surface Solutions to photograph completed work and use such images for documentation, portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, provided no personally identifiable information or recognizable features of the property are disclosed.

Limitation of Liability

Clearview Surface Solutions’ total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from surface conditions, structural issues, or environmental factors outside our control.

Website Use

This website is intended for lawful personal and business use. Unauthorized access, misuse, or interference with site functionality is prohibited.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication in good faith before pursuing further legal remedies.
